She is quite an explorer and is happy to meet deaf people who live there and take her to see different facets of the famous city.
The history and strong culture of Marseille are reminiscent of the strength of this linguistic minority which is still struggling to find its place in society. In the wake of Sophie’s show “Echappées belles” (beautiful escapades), the team of “L’œil et la main” operate their own escape to this maritime city that is open to the world…where sign language is also spoken!
