Loving and nostalgic summer chronicle of France’s tiniest and remotest villages at the crossroads between the Cantal and Aveyron regions. The countryside has been suffering from a continued exodus by the young, its old farmhouses have been sold to city dwellers to ensure survival at whatever cost. These two very different populations slowly learned to live together, create common roots. Once a year on a summer week, the village fair they all get together : old and young, past and present, traditional Auvergnates and new city folk. They have one common goal : save the magnificent land of the Aubrac region.
