Madame Norovsambu is a retired gym teacher and a national celebrity of Mongolia. For more than 30 years she travelled the world with the Great Mongolian Circus as a contortionist. Today she teaches the young in a tradition that has been handed-down for over two hundred years, from one generation to the next – first by the people of the steppes, then gaining the cities.
