Director(s): Pierre-Louis LEVACHER – Writer(s): Pierre-Louis LEVACHER Contact Print page
Princeteau was born deaf and became an illustrious animal painter, he was also the first teacher of Toulouse-Lautrec, the one who discovered and encouraged the talent of the young artist.
Princeteau was one of those deaf people who knew how to shine in the society of their time. Franck follows in the footsteps of this artist wielding a rich and moving palette, and whose brilliant works also reveal to us what it meant to be deaf in those days.
