Swannie and Yoann, future deaf parents, have decided to entrust their pregnancy monitoring to Sophie Garcia, a midwife who knows sign language. She works at the Parent'heiz birth center in Rennes, France.

As we follow the experience of the young couple while they are expecting their first child, we’ll discover the profession of midwife in the soothing environment of this structure that is quite different from traditional maternity wards.
