France and Germany have been shaped by common geological and climatic phenomena and the people on either side of the border have learned to live with it.

It might be the effects of uncontrolled urbanization, the impact of global warming or simply the fact that nothing has been learnt from past experience... Both countries are now facing the same disruptive results: both are equally hit by violent storms, floods, droughts and waves of severe cold.
Today, a new geography is superimposed on the more traditional climates and reliefs. We will be observing both countries from the skies to understand how much their fate is interlaced and how nature re-designs its borders.

AVAILABLE FOR VIEWING: French version only.
