Ravi is a young Indian who has emigrated to France. He left his family to settle in Paris where he enjoys life and freedom from ties and traditions.
One day, though, his older sister calls asking him to come home to marry Sushil, the fiancée in India his sister had found for him. His presence was now urgently required. Thus begins Ravi’s dilemma.
Will he manage to choose his own future without offending his family? Will he be able to free himself from time-honoured traditions and...say no? Or will he bow to social pressure and get married? The festivities are in full swing while Ravi hesitates…
