They work in show business, but they remain in the shadows. If they go onto the stage, they are dressed in black to remain invisible. Discretion is their second nature. Their life is the road and the concert halls. They are sound technicians, stage managers, set builders or lighting specialists and they accompany the performers on their long tours from town to town. They are pressed for time, work 16 hours a day to set up, repair and remove tons of material.
