They call him “the horse whisperer”. German-born Donald Newe is a pioneer in France, one of the first to put the idea of “natural riding” into practice. His credo is a more harmonious relationship between man and animal, based on mutual trust and respect, no riding crop, no spurs.
In his ramshackle old vehicle, Donald criss-crosses the roads of France and Europe, coming to the aid of the riders and their mounts. A biting horse, a mad animal that is just good for the slaughter house… nothing deters Donald.
