Everyone in the deaf community agrees: life is good in Massy, in the Essonne region of France, because for nearly 20 years now, the deaf really got organized there! They worked hard to make the city more accessible and life much more pleasant.
Since the beginning of 2020, Julien Compan, a deaf municipal councillor, has continued the work done so far by associations so that the deaf can enjoy life with the same rights and the same hopes as any French citizen.
So let's follow this elected official who tells us about his city, who takes us to meet its inhabitants and those involved in the transformation of Massy.
